This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly 3rd and 4th respondents not to install kerosene tank in Brundavanam Housing Colony, Trunk Road, Kavali, Nellore District and to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to take action on my complaint dated 25-03-2017 forthwith and be pleased to pass."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 25.03.2017, but no action has been taken by the respondent authorities. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the
representation, dated 25.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
