THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20770 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners challenge the reversal endorsement dated 07.04.2017 made by Sub-Registrar/3rd respondent on pending document dated 31.03.2017.

On 27.06.2017, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to remain present in Court with record. The 3rd respondent is present and the explanation now offered is that due to the programming of the system and also as the subject matter of document still continues in the name of Haleema Bee, the document could not be processed for registration. The Assistant Government Pleader, on further instructions, submits that if the entries in 1B corresponding to the schedule of the pending document is consistent, the document should be received and processed in accordance with law.

Statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
