When the matter is called today, none appears for the petitioner and it is reported by learned Government Pleader that by way of an order, dated 02-112015 this Court dismissed the main writ petition No.32304 of 2015 and vacated the interim order and the copy of the same is also placed on record and nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed and the respondents stand discharged.
