When the matter had come up on 27.11.2017, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 07.12.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 07.12.2017, none appeared for the petitioner and no representation was made on his behalf. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting his case. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
