This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.11.10.2017 in W.P.No.33652 of 2017.

Pursuant to the said order, FIR No.150 of 2018 was registered by the 2nd respondent on 08.02.2018. It is stated that the investigation is complete and final report has also been filed in the concerned Magistrate Court on 08.02.2018.

In this view of the matter, I do not deem it appropriate to punish the respondents for the delay in registering the FIR. 4.
