B/O tk 06.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.1031 of 2022 dt.24.02.2022 that he should appear before the concerned Police once in fortnight i.e. on 1st and 15th of the month between 10.00 A.M and 1.00 P.M. till charge sheet is filed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the crime was registered in the month of January 2022; that so far the ACB officials did not file charge sheet; that the petitioner is native of Jagtial and therefore, he is facing difficulty in attending the ACB officials on every 1st and 15th day of the Month; and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.1031 of dt.24.02.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required. _________ KS,J tk
