THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1100 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.856 of 2010 on the file of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Mahila Court, Vijayawada, which was taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 24.01.2018, before the Registry.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
