Heard Mr.T.N.M.Ranga Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Assignments).

The petitioner challenges notice issued in Form-I under Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007, as illegal and without jurisdiction. Mr.T.N.M.Ranga Rao having regard to the detailed explanation filed on 06.06.2017 confines his prayer for a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the objections in right perspective, afford opportunity to petitioner and take a decision as is warranted by the enquiry in this behalf. Statement is placed on record.
