A bare perusal of VI-A application filed by the petitioner, disclose that it was submitted in physical form. As noticed by this Court in several writ petitions, the State Government has now regulated submission of application for mutation in revenue records or for issuance of pattadar passbook etc and insisting submission of such applications only through online-web portal. This application only sought to reiterate the submission of application on 28.1.2017 in physical form. It is thus clear that no application was submitted through online web portal and as no application in physical form being accepted/processed, no direction to consider the application submitted by the petitioner can be granted.
