THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.794 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed for alleged willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.39281 of 2015 in W.P.No.30375 of 2015, dated 14.10.2015. This Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the construction activities undertaken by the petitioner on the orders of the third respondent therein without following due process of law so long as the petitioner complies himself to the specifications and sanctioned plan.

Now the learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a letter addressed to him on 11.04.2017 intimating him that the markings were given for construction of single lane bridge on Mamilla Codu Channel at KM.1.500 on 08.04.2017. The petitioner also came to the site, noted the instructions given by the officials and gave the acknowledgement to the marking. In view of the above, this Court feels that no further proceedings are warranted in this Contempt Case, and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
