Learned Government Pleader for Services-I placed on record proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad dated 18.01.2023, the proceedings of the Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad dated 09.01.2023 and Memo No.6502/Ser.Il.AU202L dated 30.12.2022 and submitted that administrative sanction has been accorded by Government to Director, School Education, for an amount of Rs.15,01,916/- towards undrawn pension to the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.80 Finance (TFR) Department dated 23.06.2016 read with G.O.Ms.No.304 Finance (TFR) Department dated 24.O4.2003. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
