This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.5 in revising the price of the item provided in the NFC Canteen on 05.11.2013 vide order No.NFC/IR/CNIN/2013/1826, w.e.f.7.11.2013 without consulting the petitioners union.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the revised rates are not in consultation with his union and thus to continue the old rates. In the counter affidavit, at para-7, it is stated that the issue has been discussed with the canteen management on 18.08.2012 and thereafter special committee met on 17.11.2012 and recommended for hiking the rates. Heard Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General.

In view of the aforesaid submission in the counter affidavit, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
