The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.5-41 cents in Sy.No.955 out of Ac.14.41 cents situated at Idupur Village, Markapur Mandal, which was purchased by his grand father under registered sale deed dated 26-05-1915. After demise of his grand father and his father, the petitioner and his other family members are in possession and enjoyment of the same. Having acquired the subject land in partition, the petitioner made application on 29-12-2016 in Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in

accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
