This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed vide order, dated 18.01.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.8 of 2019 in Crime No.1 of 2019 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, on the file of IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Prasanthnagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

The Court below, by the aforesaid order, dated 18.01.2019, while enlarging the petitioner/ accused on bail on furnishing two sureties for Rs.25,000/ - and also on execution of personal bond for the like sum, directed the petitioner/ accused to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Wednesday between 11: 00 AM and 04: 00 PM till filing of charge sheet.

Having regard to the submissions made, the condition imposed with regard to the attendance of the petitioner/ accused before the Station House Officer concerned is modified as follows:

"The petitioner/ accused is directed to attend before the Station House Officer concerned once in

six weeks i.e., on last Sunday of the 6th week between 09: 00 AM and 11: 00 AM till filing of the charge sheet".

The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain unaltered.

With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is ordered.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
