In this writ petition, the petitioner assail the action of respondents 2 to 4 in including the petitioner's property bearing Plot no.6-7 in Sy.No.2387/2, admeasuring 520.2 sq. yards situated in Huzurabad village and mandal, Karimnagar District, in the prohibitory list of properties for registration without their being any notification under Section 22-A of the Indian Registration Act as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Division Bench decision of this Court in WP No.32698 of 2014 and batch, dated 29-012016. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of and following the reasons stated in the order passed in WP No. 32698 of 2014 and batch, dated 29-01-2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. A copy of the order in WP No.32698 of 2014 and batch be annexed with this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
