THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1215 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.587 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 354-C, 354-D, 506, 379 and 109 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

There are allegations constituting the offences referred above, for which the F.I.R. was registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Under these circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty to the petitioner-A1 to move application, if required, after charge sheet is filed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
