ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly 2nd respondent cannot impose a condition that the selection of candidate for the purpose of filling up the posts of teaching and non-teaching candidates in the petitioner institution under the supervision of the Joint Collector, Kurnool as such a condition is ultra-virus of Educational Act and the Rules made thereunder and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appeared and no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner.

While admitting the writ petition on 3.9.2003, this Court granted interim direction in W.P.No.23257 of 2003. Learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the said interim direction, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been resolved and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
