HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No.34863 OF 2012 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri K. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner - institution to make an application for inclusion of their school in the best available schools scheme. Learned Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner - institution make an application within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider the same within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

The statements of learned counsel for the parties are accepted. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
