THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.Nos.11896, 13994 & 15546 of 2005 COMMON ORDER:

These writ petitions are filed challenging the proceedings of the Commissioner of Land Administration (Commissioner of Appeals), A.P., Hyderabad, passed in common order P3/1114/2000 to 1118/2000, dated 13.01.2004, confirming the orders of the Director of Settlements, A.P., Hyderabad, dated 18.05.2004 and setting aside the proceedings of the Settlement Officer-cum-Joint Collector, Chittoor, dated 17.09.1997, rejecting the applications of the respondents therein for grant of ryotwari patta. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that against the order in P3/1114/2000, covered by the above batch, the Government filed W.P.No.15582 of 2005 and this Court by order, dated 27.01.2011, upheld the order of the Commissioner of Appeals, dated 13.01.2004, and dismissed the writ petition.

It is further submitted that against the order in P3/1115/2000, W.P.No.15546 of 2005; against the order in P3/1116/2000, W.P.No.11896 of 2005; and against the order in P3/1118/2000, W.P.No.13994 of 2005 are filed and the issue involved in all the writ petitions is one and the same, though the beneficiaries are different.

Learned Government Pleader for the petitioners does not appear before this Court.

However, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15582 of 2005 dated 27.01.2011, these writ petitions are also dismissed, upholding the common order passed by the Commissioner of Appeals, dated 13.01.2004. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
