caption "For being mentioned" with a prayer to correct the typographical mistake occurred in the order dated 16.02.2024 in Crl.P.1879 of 2024. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph No.2 (last but one line) of the order dated 16.02.2024 in the above criminal petition section '37-E' was typed instead of '37-A' inadvertently and requested to correct the same and issue the corrected copy.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and '37-E' should be replaced with '37-A' in paragraph No.2 (last but one line) of the order dated 16.02.2024 in Crl.P. No.1879 of 2024.
