THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.24333 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeking a direction thereby directing the 2nd respondent to consider and take action on the representation issued by way of lawyer's notice, dated 04.03.2016.

2. Since the issue is only to decide the representation, dated 04.03.2016, made by the petitioner, I hereby keeping in view all the averments made in the instant writ petition and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, direct the 2nd respondent to consider and take action on the said representation, dated 04.03.2016, within two

(02) weeks from today and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of the 2nd respondent, he may approach appropriate Forum.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
