HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9739 and 9740 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No. 9019 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

The defacto-complainant and A.1 are couple and the other accused persons are parents and brother of A.1 who are present before the Court and stated that they settled their differences for the restoration of the amicable family life between the couple in seeking permission to withdraw the FIR in Cr.No.92 of 2016 of SHO, Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A r/ w 354© IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accordingly, permission is accorded for compounding the offences and the compromise is recorded.

Accordingly and in the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9739 and 9740 of 2017 are allowed and consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by setting aside the proceedings in C.C.No.306 of 2016 on the file of the learned Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan, Nizamabad District. The accused are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
