This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 and 11 in identifying the dumping yard and crematorium ground and fixing up boundaries in Sy.No.958 of Pedda Sakari Kunta, water body/tank in an extent of Ac.020 guntas by disturbing southern boundary of petitioner's agricultural land in Sy.No.953 at Shyam Nagar Village, H/o.Kothapally (SM) Revenue Village, Bhupalapally Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalapally District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation on instructions submits that as on today, no activity is takenup for construction of crematorium or dumping yard in Sy.No.958 and no land is allotted in said survey number for the aforesaid purposes as contended by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that recording said submission the writ petition may be disposed of. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
