This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned notices in Roc.No.917/2009/ G1/TPS, dated 11-07-2012 to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the same and to direct the respondents not to proceed further in any manner pursuant to the said notices.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. K. Mani Deepika, learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent authority submits that in similar circumstances this court disposed of W.P.No.25969 of 2012 dated 04-08-2015 and the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar to that of the said writ petition and the same is squarely covered

by the said judgment, which is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of W.P.No.25969 of 2012. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
