THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1032 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dt.03-1-2013 in Tr.O.P.No.2072 of 2012 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad withdrawing O.S.No.4137 of 2010 from the file of V Junior Civil Judge's Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transferring it to the III Additional Chief Judge's Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried either simultaneously or along with O.S.No.390 of 2012.

2. It is not disputed that there was no stay of this order from 03-01-2013 till date. It is represented by both sides that the trial of the suit after its transfer to the Court of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad has also been completed and the matter is at the stage of hearing arguments. At this stage it would be futile to interfere with the order passed on 03-01-2013 in Tr.O.P.No.2072 of 2012 impugned herein.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed directing the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of both suits as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
