This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the officers of the second respondent Municipal Corporation respondents in demolishing the premises bearing Door No.13-1-56, Opp: Vijayalakshmi Hospital, Main Road, Kakinada, in the occupation of the petitioner without issuing any notice.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
