O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to set aside the order of transfer, transferring the petitioner from Kothagudem to Bellampally area. It is contended that petitioner is the union leader and in view of his union activities, at the instance of rival union leaders, he was transferred, as a measure of victimization and that his children are studying and writing examinations and if he is disturbed during the academic year, it would adversely affect their education.

This court by order dated 12.04.2012 granted interim suspension of the impugned order of transfer.

The issue in the writ petition is concerning the transfer and the petitioner has now completed more than six years from the date of grant of interim order, and thus it is no more open to petitioner to complain against his transfer and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the respondent - employer to transfer the petitioner in the exigency of service.
