ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 06.07.2015, in W.P.No.18075 of 2015. At the hearing, the contemnor is present. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) submitted that the respondent has disposed of the appeal on 05.12.2015.

Mr.Venkateshwar Varasani, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed this submission. He has, however, requested to give liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy against the order passed by the respondent.
