HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.2406 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 filed application for mutation by incorporating their names in respect of land admeasuring Ac.01-31 guntas in Sy.No.13 of Akberjapet Village, Medchal Mandal, Medchal District and the petitioner has filed objections on 16-06-2016, 28-10-2016 and 14-12-2016. Without considering the objections of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is going to dispose of the application filed by the respondents 5 and 6. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the application filed by the respondents 5 and 6 is pending.

In view of the same, if the petitioner has already filed objections, it is for the 4th respondent to consider the same in accordance with law before taking up the application filed by the respondents 5 and 6.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner before passing any orders on the application of respondents 5 and 6. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 08-02-2017 Nvl
