Petitioner is an Association representing the employees belonging to Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe Categories. Earlier petitioner-Association was aggrieved by not calling them to participate in the review meetings conducted by the Personal Officer, to ventilate the grievance of the Scheduled caste and scheduled tribe employees.

Earlier petitioner filed W.P.No.23227 of 2016. This Court by order dated 19.07.2016 taking note of the statement made on behalf of the respondent-Corporation that they have no objection to convene the meeting provided all the Unions cooperate with the 1st respondent and circular issued on 14.03.2016 to conduct the meetings, the writ petition was disposed of.

The grievance of the petitioner-Association in this writ petition is members of the Association are not granted duty relief. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the office order No.R5/329(17)/2015-R&T dated 23.06.2016 provides facility of three days duty relief in a week to the office bearers of the Association.

Ventilating their grievance petitioner-Association submitted representation on 01.07.2016, requesting to provide duty relief as per the office order dated 23.06.2016. However, copy of the representation is not filed along with the writ petition.

Having regard to the above, granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the respondent Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of. As and when such representation is made the claim of the petitioner-Association shall be considered objectively duly taking note of the office order dated 23.06.2016. A decision to this extent shall be taken and communicated to the petitionerAssociation within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
