Kellampally Venkateswara Rao, v. The Collector,Guntur Dist
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24402 OF 2007 ORDER:
This petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 08.11.2007 issued by the 1st respondent wherein the petitioner was asked to attend the enquiry relating to Sri Kellampally Veeraiah Dharma Satram, located in Survey No.216 of Ganapavaram Village, Nadendla Mandal, Guntur District on 17.11.2007.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the impugned proceedings, enquiry has already been conducted and seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings. Though the petitioner challenged the impugned proceedings no interim order was granted by this Court. Since it is stated that the enquiry has already been conducted, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the enquiry proceedings, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
