THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1217 of 2015 ORDER:
Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:
A perusal of the record shows that charge sheet is filed in this matter. Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 /A.2 & 3 are old women and petitioner No.3/A.4 is a driver and the petitioner/A.5 is a student and their appearance in the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District, for every adjournment all the way from Visakhapatnam, will cause any amount of hardship, the appearance of petitioners/A.2 to A.5 in C.C.No. 104 of 2014 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
