HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6017 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the implementation of the orders dated 02.07.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent under Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). Counter affidavit is filed by the 4th respondent stating that against the orders dated 30.04.2016 passed by the appellate authority, 3rd parties filed Revision vide No.D5/1934/16 before the Joint Collector, Kurnool. The joint Collector through letter No.Rc/D5/3677/2016 dated 26.12.

2016 instructed all the Tahsildars that all the survey numbers which are effected in revision petitions filed before him are under process, be kept in dispute mode in the web land until the concerned Revision is disposed of by him In view of the above, both, the counsel for the petitioner as well as the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the Joint Collector to dispose of the Revision pending before him. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Joint Collector, Kurnool is directed to dispose of the Revision petition in No.D5/1934/16 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the affected parties, if any and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
