THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.11611 of 2006 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri S.Dwarakanath, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri J.Anil Kumar, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the issue, which arises for consideration in this Writ Petition, has been held against the dealer, and in favour of the Revenue, by the order of a Division Bench of this Court in PCH Business, Hyderabad v. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of A.P. & Others (2005(Vol.41) APSTJ page.68). Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
