HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4911 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .... to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of land situated in T.S.Nos. 6 and 7, Block No. J, Ward No.28, Ziaguda, Kulsumpura village, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust by issuing appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction...."

This Court is not convinced with the material on record. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out grievances either by filing suit or challenging the proceeding, if any, issued against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
