When the matter is taken up for hearing, on written instructions dated.05-02-2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Punganur Urban Police Station, Chittoor District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint given by the petitioner, police registered a case in Cr.No.16 of 2018 on the file of Punganur Urban Police Station, Chittoor District under Sections 384 and 506 IPC against the 3rd respondent herein and taken up investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
