This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in considering the representation of petitioner dated 25-04-2019 for conducting survey of land and fix boundaries in Sy.No.263/a to an extent of Ac.3-31 guntas and Ac.1-10 guntas, Samitisingaram Village, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-042016. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid common order passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
