THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.Nos.557, 561, 656 and 1083 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

In all these matters, the grievance of the petitioners is that claim petitions filed by them under Order XXXVIII Rule 8 CPC before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam in September, 2018 have not been disposed of by the said Court till date. 2.

Since the matters have been pending for almost 8 months, the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam is directed to decide the said I.As., after hearing both sides within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, all these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
