Learned Government Pleader, on instructions furnished to him, submits that if the petitioner approaches the police, appropriate steps will be taken.

Having regard to the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to make appropriate application before the Station House Officer, Valigonda Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
