HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.583 OF 2015 O R D E R :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 05.08.2013 submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent requesting to assign a door number to her newly constructed house in the subject property, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of an extent of 300 Sq.Ys. in Sy.No.74, situated at Khanpura locality, Karimnagar Town and District having acquired the same by virtue of a gift settlement deed dated 16.01.2012 from her husband and also constructed a room in the said land after obtaining permission from the respondent-Corporation. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.08.2013 to the 2nd respondent for assigning door number to the newly constructed house. But, till today no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.A.Chary, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent Corporation. Since it is stated that the representation dated 05.08.2013, submitted by the petitioner for assigning door number, is pending before the concerned authority, the competent authority may consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel there to, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
