HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13027 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in declaring the 6th respondent as the successful candidate in so far as the liquor shop published in Gazette Sl.No.EG/193 situated at Amalapuram Municipality, East Godavari District.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for respondents 1 to 5.
Though the writ petition is directed against the aforementioned relief, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to issue a direction to the respondents 1 to 5, to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner itself in accordance with law.
Inasmuch as an innocuous prayer has been sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and dispose of the representations said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
