Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

In this writ petition, the only grievance of the petitioners is that although the respondents, by initiating the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, had acquired the land of the petitioners, to an extent of Ac.03.00 guntas, in Sy. No. 58/2, situated in Bagayat Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for the purpose of establishment of Regional Centre for National Security Guards, vide Notice in Lr. No. D/2559/2009V(27), dated 10.05.2010, so far, did not pay the compensation. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that, in view of the nature of grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition, the petitioners may be directed to submit a representation for payment of the compensation and the same will be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.

In view of the above made submissions, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders on merits, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. A copy of the order that may be passed by the competent authority shall be communicated to the petitioners.
