This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.14.08.2013 in O.P.No.273 of 2013 passed by the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy, at L.B.Nagar allowing the application filed under Section 24 of CPC to transfer O.S.No.63 of2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur to the Court of II Addl.Senior Civil Judge, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar where O.S.No.476 of 2013 is pending. During the pendency of this revision, there was no stay. Therefore, the trial Court has disposed of the suit O.S.No.476 of 2013 on 20.06.2017. Since, the main suit i.e. O.S.No.476 of 2013 itself was disposed of on 20.06.2017, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
