When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 12.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pet Basheerbad Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 that the seized property in connection with Crime No.46 of 2018 was deposited before the Court of XV Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal on 09.02.2018 vide Form No.66.

In view of the same, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
