This Revision Petition is filed challenging the Order dt.15-11-2011 in I.A.No.11 of 2011 in E.P.No.395 of 2003/PCB passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Divisional Co-Operative Officer, Hyderabad.

Petitioner has filed application I.A.No.11 of 2011 under Section 151 CPC to stay of all proceedings including the notice of sale of immovable property dt.12-10-2011 pending disposal of W.P.No.30554 of 2010 filed before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has now stated that the said Writ Petition was disposed of on 23-02-2012.

In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the cause in the Revision no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
