HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13333 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking regularization of his services.

2.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 8.7.2003, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service on the same terms and conditions.

3.

The Counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of interim orders, the petitioner is being continued in service. The only issue remains is that whether the petitioner is entitled for regularization of his services or not. 4.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents contends that the case of the petitioner will be considered as and when regular vacancies will arise, in accordance with his seniority.

5.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation for his regularization within one week and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6.

With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 19th November, 2018 GS
