Mr.N.V.Sumanth, appearing for petitioner, submits that he could not get latest information from the petitioner company. For want of instructions, he is unable to proceed with the matter. The company petition has undergone 28 adjournments. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the prayer.

The company petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
