HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.756 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

As can be seen from the record, charge-sheet is filed and in view of this fact, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner/Accused No.2 is an aged woman of 63 years and residing at Bangalore and considering her difficulty in attending the Court, her appearance in C.C.No.234 of 2014 on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District is dispensed with, except on the occasions when the Court requires her attendance.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
