THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.7847 OF 2017

O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in trying to evict the petitioners from the subject land without following the due process of law, the present writ petition has been filed. As per the submissions of the learned counsel and the material on record, it could be seen that for the very same relief, the petitioners have earlier filed writ petition and this court by interim order dated 3.9.2012 in WPMP.No.34847/2012 in W.P.No.27369/2012 directed to maintain status until further orders.

It is not known why the petitioners have filed the present writ petition for the very same relief. When this court directed the parties to maintain status quo until further orders, it is obligatory on the part of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to follow the same and if there is any violation, petitioners have remedy against such violation, but they cannot maintain fresh writ petition for the very same relief. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. --------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:07-03-2017 AVS
