THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4027 of 2019 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3-Forest Range Officer, Forest Range Office, Dharur, Vikarabad, Telangana State in issuing the notice, dated 13.02.2019, to the petitioners with respect to their dispossession from the land in question, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

As can be seen from the impugned notice, neither there is a forest block nor the survey number is mentioned, except stating that the petitioners are in occupation of the forest land, as such, they are directed to submit documents to prove their possession. Inasmuch as the impugned notice itself is defective and unmeaning, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned notice and giving liberty to the respondents to take necessary action in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:27.02.2019 kdl
